To manage as it seems to be, from an office to a newspaper agency, from a bank to a pawn broker's. Lets just consider a non governmental organisation, students union to youth associations!! Nothing seems the way it looks, from people to customers to clients and partners.

From management of food stock to liquor to the people behind the operations-both front area to back area and some even out area personnel included! To make someone work has never been easy, to tell someone to do something when seniority seems a barrier is crazy.
They know better and they have been part of operations on a daily basis.
Nevertheless, a new entry needs to study different behaviour, from boss to the lowest ranked personnel. The level of resentment, the back biting, the allocation of work, the correct distribution too. Loss of man power is never accepted. The head count balance is to be maintained such that there is no personnel over worked. Ensuring employee satisfaction. Individual gestures, positive body language to be disciplined to levels of highest satisfaction. Knowledge about the organisation to be a must among the employees.
Basically, management is to make sure and manage everyone's happiness and comfort. From employees to customers. To manage efficiently, we need to stand and walk a mile in their shoes and then decide whether to make changes wherever necessary .
When the day comes to an end a balance to be struck between the operations and satisfaction levels of whoever has been a part.
A manager knows it all and goes through a lot; including the fact that he/she too has a personal life.
